The purpose of the facilitator is to take care of all audio-visual and conferencing facilities - creating a hassle free presentation and meeting environment, especially off a multi-room platform

Our on-site facilitator will co-ordinate and schedule meeting rooms or auditoriums, take care of maintenance of the presentation equipment and pre-test or connect video or voice conferencing sessions prior to meetings.
